Bright, efficient and flexible performance

Meet the VMZ7ST series: compact, eco-friendly short-throw projectors suitable for a variety of applications, from offices and classrooms to golf simulators and digital museums. Delivering vibrant, shadow-free visuals up to 300 inches diagonally, its high brightness and brilliant colors bring content to life. With resource-saving features, the series integrates seamlessly into any layout, exceeding your expectations for stable, efficient, and reliable long-term operation.

Short throw lens with remote control focus power

Unlock stunning visuals in compact spaces. The VMZ7ST Series' 0.797–1.01:1 throw ratio projects large images up to 300 inches (16:10) while minimizing shadows from presenters or guests. Motorized focus allows for quick adjustments via the remote control, eliminating the hassle of manual adjustments in hard-to-reach areas.

Flexible installation: 1.2x optical zoom and wide shift range

Enjoy greater installation flexibility with a built-in 1.2x optical zoom that helps avoid ceiling obstructions. The projector offers +50% vertical and ±20% horizontal lens shift, adapting to off-axis or high-altitude mounting positions while maintaining image geometry. This adaptability is ideal for challenging setups where optimal projector positioning isn't available.

Digital Zoom Extender: Flexible installation for any system

Adjusting the projection angle to simulate a project can be challenging and typically requires two people. The VMZ7ST series features a built-in gyroscope sensor that detects changes in the projector's pitch and roll angles, which are graphically displayed in the OSD. Installers can adjust the projection angle without the need for

High dynamic contrast 5,000,000:1

Input signals are analyzed frame by frame to adjust light output for the best contrast in each scene. Dynamic contrast not only accurately reproduces images that contain a mix of dark and light shades, but is also more energy-efficient than other technologies and can be optimized to match the content or room lighting. High contrast ratio of 5,000,000: 1 projector delivers better definition of shadow detail with deeper blacks, brighter whites and more natural skin tones for a greater sense of depth and resolution.

1 Full on/full off when [PICTURE MODE] is set to [DYNAMIC] and [DYNAMIC CONTRAST] is set to [1]. Measurement, measurement conditions, and notation method conform to international standards ISO/IEC 21118:2020. The value is the average of all products at the time of shipment.

Optimized visual effects for bright spaces

Daylight View Basic uses a sensor to measure ambient light levels in the room and adjusts sharpness, color midtones, contrast, and brightness to optimize image visibility regardless of room lighting. The result is a clearer, more detailed image, even in challenging conditions.

Smooth, crisp detail in WUXGA

WUXGA (1920 x 1200) LCD panels improve detail resolution for a more comfortable and insightful viewing experience. Text edges are smooth, sharp, and easy to read, even for those sitting farthest from the screen.

Supports widescreen video content

Display widescreen content, such as 21:9 video conferencing layouts, in their original aspect ratio. Remote participants' faces can be aligned at eye level with those in the room, improving communication and engagement during meetings or classes.

Note: Resolution may be reduced when displaying widescreen content in its native aspect ratio.

Silent operation during hybrid lessons and meetings

The projector's heat-resistant light source reduces operating noise, enhancing clarity during in-person or hybrid lessons and meetings. In Quiet 2 mode, operating noise is just 25 dB . — about as quiet as the sound of rustling leaves.

Quickly find your projection angle with the angle monitor

Adjusting the projection angle for project simulation can be challenging and typically requires two people. The VMZ82 series features a built-in gyroscope sensor that detects changes in the projector's pitch and roll angles, which are graphically displayed in the OSD menu. Installers can adjust the projection angle without requiring assistance.

Note: The displayed values are based on the angle sensor detection results and may differ from the actual projection angle. They are for reference only and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

Improved screen control with new graphical user interface

The VMZ&ST series introduces an enhanced screen adjustment suite with a new, intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). Designed to simplify setup in a variety of spaces—including curved screens—the GUI streamlines adjustments via remote control without the need for a connected PC, making installation faster, easier, and more flexible than ever.

Precise line adjustments using the grid function

The grid function allows you to correct minor distortions by adjusting horizontal or vertical lines on a fixed 11 x 17 grid. Correction is easily performed using the remote control.

Note: The remote control in the photo is for illustration purposes only.

Accepts 4K signals via HDMI™ and DIGITAL LINK

The VMZ7ST series accepts 4K video signals 1 via DIGITAL LINK and HDMI™, simplifying integration of the projector into existing infrastructure. This feature enables 4K signal transmission 1 to display endpoints with different screen resolutions, eliminating the need for external converters or content re-encoding.

1 4K input signals are converted to the projector's resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels) during projection. YPBPR 4:2:0 format only for 4K/30p signals via DIGITAL LINK.

Supports next-generation control protocols

The dedicated LAN terminal and DIGITAL LINK connections support the latest protocols, including IPv6, Art-Net DMX, PJLink™ (Class 2), Crestron Connect e d® V2, Crestron® XiO Cloud and Extron XTP® . The projector also includes an emulation function to ensure compatibility with older management software.
