We offer comprehensive service – from dimensions, through design, component production, to assembly, configuration, and commissioning of the golf simulator. You can also send us your dimensions yourself, and we will prepare a preliminary design and subsequent quote – this is an additional service, which you can find in the catalog under the name Preliminary Step.

The optimal dimensions are:
height: 3.0 m
width: 4.0 m
depth: 5.5m

Playing in a lower room is also possible, but you must know that you will not be able to play with the driver.

Step 2. Collect drawings, photos, plans of your room.

Step 3. Write down your dreams. Now you can let your imagination run wild. Prepare references from your accomplishments—they can be your own or found online.

Step 4. Order the Preliminary Step . This is an investment in knowledge. Remember, we'll refund your purchase as soon as you place your order. Details on what to order to receive a refund of your Preliminary Step fee can be found on our website.

Step 5. Send us all this information to the email address sim@simgolf.pl

Step 6. You'll receive a solution tailored to your needs. Comment on it and select the scope you're interested in. When you're ready, we'll proceed with the quote.

Step 7. Accept the quote. It will tell you whether the ordered scope qualifies for a refund of the Preliminary Step fee. Generally, this includes a screen with a BFS and some electronic device. Most customers choose SCREEN + BFS + Projector.

Step 8. Place your order and wait for your simulator.

The Preliminary Step is our encyclopedia, without which we don't begin work on building a golf simulator. It's the first step in creating a simulator perfectly suited to your space.

As part of the Preliminary Step, we prepare:

• Selecting a projector and its location

Importantly, we collaborate with the Gdańsk-based architectural firm SIM|Architekci. This allows us to optimally utilize the space at your disposal. The golf simulator is then tailor-made, perfectly suited to you and your needs.

The room should be at least 2.9 meters high, have blackout options to maximize projection quality, be well-ventilated, have a stable, level floor, and provide access to power and internet.

Absolutely! We produce personalized screens in custom sizes, tailored to the customer's wishes and requirements. You can choose from a combination of six materials and five different edge finishes. If your current screen differs from what we offer, you can send it to us and we will tailor it to the exact size, down to the centimeter. We can help you adjust the screen ratio (aspect ratio)—for example, 16:9 or 4:3. We also offer motorized screens, which are roll-up versions. If you require exceptional screen attenuation, we can also add a dispersion layer.

The screen can be mounted on the BFS System self-supporting frame (standalone cage or wall-mounted) or directly to walls and floors. When choosing the BFS System manufactured by SIM Golf, installation instructions and accessories are included.

We offer three types of mats – 2- and 3-layer. One of these mats, the HIT | PRO TEE, allows for the insertion of a classic wooden stake.

The cost of installation depends on the project location and complexity. We estimate this at the Preliminary Step. We offer attractive packages for PGA Golf PROs and golf clubs. We also offer leasing options for our simulators and electronic equipment.

Standard golf simulator installation takes 1-3 days. Larger or more complex commercial projects may require longer installation times.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Service costs vary depending on the type of device. Our designs are safe and durable, and we use energy-efficient solutions. The standard warranty is 12 months. Post-warranty service is an additional cost and depends on the location and scope of service. Contact us .

Of course – this is a service included in Preliminary Step. We offer complete LED kits and help design their layout. We advise on the selection of computer equipment and projectors. We can also help you choose other elements, such as mesh, curtains, and wall panels.

To estimate a simulator price, we need the dimensions of the room—ideally, floor plans, photos of the space, and descriptions highlighting any limitations (windows, alcoves, slopes). A brief conversation will also be necessary to determine your needs and expectations.

Absolutely! Both the screen and the BFS frame (our Blue Frame System) come with installation instructions. When designing our solutions, we made sure that assembly was simple, but it still requires a bit of skill and some specialized equipment.

The most important rules:

• The side with the tag or Velcro should be facing outwards,
• The screen should be hung at least 35 cm from the wall,
• Stretch it naturally, without excessive tension – for the best image quality and material durability.
• Read the instructions that came with the screen.
• Make sure the room and structure are properly secured and the balls will not bounce uncontrollably.
• Make sure there are no windows that you could damage while playing. Secure them if necessary.

· Use clean sticks
· Use clean and undamaged balls – no logos, not from the course or driving range,
· Change your playing shoes
· Vacuum the impact mat regularly
· Clean the screen wet or with pressure, but without using chemicals,
Creases can be easily straightened with a steamer,
