PRO recommends. To fit or not? Check on 24.11 at SIM|ulator in Gdańsk
I encourage you to visit our test center on November 24 , where we will once again have the honor of hosting a distinguished expert in the field of golf equipment fitting. From early morning until evening, every enthusiast of this sport will have a unique opportunity to take advantage of the advice of Bartek Gebethner from EPIC Golf and test various combinations on advanced TRACKMAN simulators.
This event is not only a great opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills, but also a chance to meet with coach Michał Guzowski - another valued specialist in the world of golf. In our conversation with him, we raised an interesting question: "Should intermediate golf players, with HCPs between 15-30, also consider fitting their clubs?"
We invite you to discover the answer to this question and take advantage of the invaluable knowledge and experience of our guests during this special day.
See you on November 24 at SIMGOLF in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz on the 1st floor of the MANHATTAN Shopping Center
"Hello golf enthusiasts!
Have you ever wondered if it's worth it to decide to have your golf clubs fitted? Or maybe you already know that fitting is beneficial, but you're wondering when is the best time to do it?
The answer to the first question is simple: absolutely yes, it is worth it. Fitting golf clubs is a process that brings many benefits. It allows you to find out if the clubs you currently play are really suited to your needs. Elements such as the type of head, the stiffness and weight of the shaft, and even the size of the grip, can significantly affect the consistency of your shots. Well-fitted clubs, thanks to a professional Club Fitter, help in the game, making it easier to make consistent and accurate shots, and can also increase the range of your shots.
So when is the best time to start fitting? I recommend doing it when your swing is already well-formed. Those who are new to golf should start with the standard sets available in stores. However, if you have been playing for a while and are thinking about improving your performance – even if you are relatively new to the sport, but you train hard and see progress – then this is the right time to seek advice on equipment.
If it’s been more than 2-3 years since your last fitting, it’s also worth considering a re-fitting. Technology doesn’t stand still, and every few years we can see differences in performance, especially with woods. For players, fitting can even be an annual routine, not to constantly buy new clubs, but to make sure your current equipment is still perfectly suited to your style of play and physical parameters.
If you want to progress in your game, use sticks that will make it easier for you.
Kind regards,
Michal Guzowski"
